ata4d Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever the capitalised terms appear:

2.1   By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the ata4d platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with ata4d's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy (Responsible Gaming), and any product-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

2.2   If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not create or access any ata4d account.

2.3   ata4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.

3.1   To register an account and use ata4d's Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity);
2. You must be at least 21 years of age 21+. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity;
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction;
4. You must not be an existing member who has been excluded, suspended, or banned from ata4d for any reason;
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ata4d or any of its affiliated gaming software providers;
6. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.2   ata4d specifically targets English-preference players located in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where such access is lawful.

4.1   Each eligible person may hold exactly one (1) ata4d account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different usernames, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or through proxy registration — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2   You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. Information required includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid and exclusively owned email address, a mobile phone number registered in your name, and your residential address.

4.3   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ata4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.

4.4   You must notify ata4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your credentials.

4.5   ata4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including — without limitation — where ata4d reasonably suspects that the account holder has provided false information, breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk-management or compliance concern.

4.6   Account registration and use of the Platform are free of charge. ata4d does not charge account maintenance fees.

5.1   Currency. All deposits and withdrawals on ata4d are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ata4d does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversions.

5.2   Accepted payment methods. ata4d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the Platform.

5.3   Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 via bank transfer and Rp 20.000 via e-wallet. Minimum deposit amounts for specific promotional offers may differ and are stated within the relevant promotion's terms.

5.4   Deposit processing. Deposits are credited to your ata4d account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor. ata4d does not impose additional charges on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply fees that are beyond ata4d's control.

5.5   Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by ata4d's payments team. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for requests to verified accounts during business hours (WIB). ata4d reserves the right to extend this window during periods of high volume or for requests requiring additional verification.

5.6   Withdrawal verification. Withdrawals will be credited only to a payment account (bank account or e-wallet) that has been verified as belonging to the ata4d account holder. ata4d may, at its discretion, require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.7   Own funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your ata4d account are your own, derived from legitimate sources, and not subject to any criminal activity or money laundering.

5.8   Inactive accounts. An ata4d account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ata4d reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee on inactive account balances in accordance with its prevailing policy, as communicated to the account holder via the registered email address prior to any deduction.

6.1   All games and betting markets offered on ata4d are governed by product-specific rules displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

6.2   Sportsbook. Bets placed on ata4d's sportsbook — covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, Piala AFF, badminton majors, MotoGP, and e-sports markets — are subject to ata4d's Sportsbook Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits per slip. ata4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or affected by a manifest pricing error.

6.3   Live casino. All live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and others) are powered by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified systems; ata4d does not alter or influence outcomes. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the hand or round outcome will be determined and settled in accordance with the provider's standard disconnection policy.

6.4   Slots and RNG games. All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (return-to-player) figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee outcomes within any individual session.

6.5   Prohibited conduct. The following are strictly prohibited on the ata4d Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors in the sportsbook;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bonus-eligible bets, or engaging in any strategy that ata4d determines is designed to exploit promotional terms rather than genuine wagering;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation.

6.6   ata4d reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected, and to report relevant activities to appropriate authorities where required by law.

7.1   ata4d may require you to provide identity and age verification documents (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal request, following a change of account details, or where suspicious activity is detected.

7.2   Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence; and a document evidencing your registered bank account or e-wallet identity (e.g., a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your full name and account number).

7.3   ata4d will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. You must cooperate promptly with any KYC request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ata4d may result in suspension of withdrawal processing and, ultimately, closure of the account.

7.4   All KYC documents submitted to ata4d are handled in accordance with the ata4d Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

8.1   ata4d may offer promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion and must be read in conjunction with this Clause 8.

8.2   Wagering requirements. Bonus credits (and, in some cases, associated winnings) are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a deposit bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount of Rp 100.000 requires cumulative eligible wagering of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus balance is converted to withdrawable cash.

8.3   Eligible games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, certain slot titles, and some sportsbook markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

8.4   One bonus per player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per player (one per account, per household, per device, and per payment method). Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture.

8.5   Expiry. Bonus credits and their associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion's specific terms. Upon expiry, uncompleted bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

8.6   ata4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice. ata4d also reserves the right to reclaim bonus credits and associated winnings from any account where bonus abuse or breach of these terms is identified, even after the wagering requirement has been satisfied.

9.1   ata4d is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of configurable responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum net losses you can incur over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in continuously for a configured duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the ata4d Platform.

9.3   ata4d will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Self-exclusion will block account access and, where technically possible, suppress all marketing communications to the excluded account holder for the duration of the exclusion period.

10.1   All content on the ata4d Platform — including but not limited to the ata4d brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is either proprietary to ata4d or used under licence from the relevant intellectual property owner.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or reverse engineering of any content or software on the Platform.

10.3   All trade names, trademarks, and service marks displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as granting any right or licence to use any third-party mark without the express written permission of the relevant owner.

11.1   ata4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2   ata4d applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and Platform servers. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes — they are not readable by ata4d staff in plain text.

11.3   ata4d will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be disclosed to third parties where required by law, by a court order, or as necessary for the operation of the Platform (e.g., to payment processors and game studios under data processing agreements).

12.1   The ata4d Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ata4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or defects.

12.2   ata4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform or its Services;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or market prices, subject to the correction and voiding rights described in Clause 6;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Your reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Any gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform;
• Acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other events outside ata4d's reasonable control (force majeure).

12.3   Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ata4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.4   ata4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1   These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of the ata4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ata4d holds its international gaming licence. ata4d operates under internationally recognised gaming compliance frameworks and is licensed and regulated internationally.

13.2   Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact ata4d's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ata4d's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (WIB) and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

13.3   If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial contact, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified in ata4d's licensing terms. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4   Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
